01. Why does the formulation become thinner as I use it?
Green Tea Foam Cleansing is made of natural-derived surfactants obtained from the honeycomb of Western bees. Thus, depending on the temperature, the formulation may become thinner temporarily. However, the product is still safe to use.

02. Is it a slightly acidic foam cleansing?
This product is a cleansing foam made for cleansing on the outside and a refreshing sensation of rich moisture on the inside, leaving no debris and oily feeling. The product is not slightly acidic. If you are looking for a slightly acidic cleansing product, we recommend Bonajour Jeju Milk Foam.

03. Can you make richer foam?
When massaging Green Tea Foam Cleansing with lukewarm water, rich foams are produced. If you want more foam, we recommended using the product with a foam maker.

04. I think the content in the tube is insufficient.
If content is filled up 100% in tubular product containers, it will leak or the container may burst. For stability, it is normal for the content to be filled to about 60% of the tube. Please note that it has 1 -2ml more than the actual product capacity.
